Runs a campaign to move one page up for one search toward an aim, through five gates in order, each opened only by a proof from a read of the live site, with a weekly read-out and the campaign’s time to rank.
Add it, from the top of the site’s repositorynpx skills add subinternal/clickd --skill clickd-rank-a-page
Then ask your agentRank our /hiking-boots page for “waterproof hiking boots”, aiming for top 3, and keep a weekly read-out.
For a site’s owner or developer with one page that should rank higher
The read-out you get each week
One page, one search, one aim. The same short read-out every week, even when nothing moved: the place Google gave beside what was done and what was proved, never one credited to the other.

Five gates, in order
Work on a gate past one that is closed is wasted. Each opens only when a read of the live site proves it, or you do. Never the agent that did the work.
1Clean up
Opens when the read finds no access fault, broken link or copy touching the page.
2One intent
Opens when the title and first heading carry the search, and the page earns no search of another kind.
3Substance
Opens when it passes the content rules and covers what the pages above it cover.
4Links inside
Opens when three of the site’s ten most linked pages link to it from their text.
5Links from outside
Opens when as many sites link to it as to the middle rival above it.
One status at a time
Written as the word in every read-out. Your clickd is your mean time to rank, said with how many campaigns reached their aim of how many were run.
Setting upThe page, search, aim or start not written down
ClimbingA gate opened in the last three weeks
StalledThree weeks with no gate opened, short of the aim
Say a gate moved the placeTime to rank measures how long it took. It never credits.
Change the aim without youAnd a campaign that missed its aim stays in your count.
Buy or swap linksGoogle’s spam policies forbid it, and a page caught at it falls.
When to reach for it
Reach for it when
A page that matters ranks on page two, or nowhere, for the search it is for.
You want an agent to work a page up gate by gate, and a read-out of what it did each week.
You want each gate proved on the live site, not ticked off by the one who did it, and the days to the aim counted honestly.
Leave it when
You want links bought or swapped: the skill refuses, as Google’s spam policies do.4
The whole site needs work first: the page system skill covers every page.
Install it by hand
The line at the top adds it for any agent. Or fetch its 9 files where your agent looks. Your agent also needs clickd connected over MCP: connecting an agent shows how.
Loads skills from .claude/skills/ in the repository, for everyone who works in it, or ~/.claude/skills/ for every project on your machine. Claude uses it when a request matches its description, or type /clickd-rank-a-page.
Puts the files in .claude/skills/clickd-rank-a-page/.
Loads skills from .agents/skills/ in the repository and its parent folders, or ~/.agents/skills/ for every project. Codex uses it when a task matches its description, or mention it as $clickd-rank-a-page; /skills lists them.

Loads skills from .cursor/skills/ or .agents/skills/ in the repository, or ~/.cursor/skills/ for every project. It also reads .claude/skills/, so one copy there serves both. The agent uses it when it is relevant, or type / in Agent chat and pick it.
Puts the files in .cursor/skills/clickd-rank-a-page/.
An agent that does not load skills can still follow the file. Save the folder in the repository and point its standing instructions at it, with a line in AGENTS.md, which many agents read. The agent reads AGENTS.md when it starts, and follows the file when the task matches.
SKILL.md stays short and sends your agent to a reference when a step needs it.
