Terms of Service

These are the terms that govern your use of clickd. We've tried to write them clearly. The short version: use the product for legitimate purposes, pay your bills, keep your account secure, and be a good citizen. If something is unclear, reach out.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using clickd in any way, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using clickd on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing to these terms on that organization's behalf and represent that you have the authority to do so. Description of Service
clickd is a project management platform that provides tools for scope control, dependency tracking, change request approvals, sprint planning, and team collaboration. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Use a strong, unique password and do not share your credentials with others. If you believe your account has been compromised, notify us immediately at [email protected]. You are also responsible for ensuring that all members you invite to your workspace comply with these terms.
Acceptable Use
You may use clickd for lawful purposes only. You may not use the platform to store or transmit malicious code, violate the privacy of others, infringe intellectual property rights, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, or conduct any activity that violates applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without prior notice.
Billing and Payments
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis in USD. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law — if you cancel mid-period, you retain access through the end of that billing cycle with no prorated refund. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice; existing subscribers will not see a price increase until their next renewal. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Intellectual Property
clickd and its underlying technology are owned by clickd and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of all content you create within the platform — your projects, tasks, documents, and data are yours. By using clickd, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, clickd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to clickd in the 12 months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
Termination
You may close your account at any time from your account settings — we recommend exporting your data first. We may terminate or suspend your account if you materially violate these terms and fail to cure the violation within a reasonable period after notice, if your payment fails and is not resolved, or if we choose to discontinue the service. Upon termination, your right to access clickd ceases. We will retain your data for up to 90 days in case you wish to reactivate, after which it will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you by email and via an in-app notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of clickd after that date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may close your account before the effective date.
